Catherine "Jo" Richardson, 92, passed away on May 7, 2019 at Brookdale of Harrisburg. Born in New Bloomfield, PA she was the daughter to the late Dewey Wallace and Helen (Rheam) Wallace. She graduated as a Registered Nurse from the PolyClinic Hospital in 1948, and was a night supervisor at the old Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg. Before her retirement, she worked at the PA Dept. of Welfare. She loved playing the piano; playing in her church, assisted living facilities, and also at friends and families. She was married to William S. Richardson (deceased), Sr. for 67 years.

Surviving is her daughter, Kitty Jo (Richardson) Metka and spouse, Lawrence R. Metka III; William S. Richardson, Jr. (deceased) and his spouse, Sandra (White) Richardson; her brother, Eugene Wallace (deceased); sisters, Romaine Wallace Zimmerli (deceased), Virginia (Jane) Wallace Gutshall (deceased), and Polly Wallace Bernheisal; 6 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 10AM-11AM at the Sullivan Funeral Home, Enola. Services will begin at 11AM at the funeral home on Wednesday. Burial will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Marysville.
