Obituary: Jacqueline Dean Lambert, ended her journey of 84 years peacefully, at home surrounded by family, Monday, May 20, 2019. Born November 24, 1934 in Stevenson, WA to Alfrieda and Fred E. Jackson she married Leahroy T. Lambert, February 01, 1960 in Eureka, CA. A lifelong homemaker, she raised five children and was a member of the Glendale Women’s Club. She attended Nutter Farm United Methodist Church and First Apostlic Church of Harrisville where she was baptized in Jesus Name August 01, 2010. Jacqueline is survived by five children: Cindy Summers - Harrisville, WV; Alfred Lambert (Dana) – Staunton, VA, Gypsy Lambert, St. Marys, Debbie Kidder (Jeff) Parkersburg, WV; Karla Mathis (Bonner) Cordova, TN. Seven grandchildren: Matthew Summers, Jenna Summers Lee (Casey), James Michael Kidder, Shandon Kidder, Jeffrey (Jessica) Kidder, Kris Wise (Nick) and Beth Beck-Land (Travis). Four great grandchildren: Karly Wise, Wyatt Cote, Alex and Ava Lee and her faithful companion Cat in the Hat. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Leahroy Lambert, sister Sue Ellen Jackson and brothers Donald and Paul Jackson and son-in-law David M. Summers. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ritchie County Senior Center, Ritchie County Humane Society and HouseCalls Hospice. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Friday, May 31, 2019 at McCullough Raiguel Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrisville with Rev. Tom Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Hardman Chapel Cemetery, Smithville. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 5 – 8 PM.
