Rosa Belle was the daughter of Joseph Newton Erwin and Mary Matilda Erwin. One of her sisters were Effie Mae Erwin Bradley which is my great grandmother.

She lived in a trailer parked next to her neice Mary Ester Bradley Carter property. Located at 3115 Parvia St. up until the city changed the name of the address to what it is today 3215 Parvia St. Dallas, TX.
It is said that Rosa lived with Mary Ester around 1939.
In 1958 she was on a city bus and as she was getting off the bus on Singleton Boulevard she was hit by a car. The accident crippled her and she was put in a nursing home for two years until she died on 6, Jun 1960 in Dallas Tx.
