He came to Texas county in May, 1909. His father, mother, three brothers and one sister, preceded him in death. His wife, Sarah Bailey, a brother, Jackson Walker Bailey of Junction City, Kentucky; two sisters, Nancy Bailey, Louisville, Kentucky and Mrs. Coulter White of Mooreland, Kentucky, are left behind.
His sudden passing away was a shock to his wife and friends.
The funeral service for him was conducted by Rev. Walter Hale and his mortal body was laid to rest in the Hartville cemetery near Hardesty Friday afternoon, with the Moore Funeral Home in charge.
