Frank is survived by his wife Penny of 50 years, daughters Rachel and Laura, and his granddaughters Kate, Amy and Molly.
Frank was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all.
Frank was an Army veteran and proudly worked at the Watervliet Arsenal for 40+ years until he retired in 2015.
He loved hunting, fishing and watching FOX News. He enjoyed sports, especially ice hockey, NASCAR, baseball, golf and football. He could regularly be found working on crossword puzzles while sitting on his porch.
