Mr. Thomas Lillard Neal was born in Jefferson City, Mo., on September 2, 1939, and died May 16, 2019, at the age of 79 years young.
In 2010, Tom moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and loved everything about this area. He loved the Oak trees, the weather, and especially the peoples.
Tom had a Bachelor's Degree in Arts. He was a very proud Marine and after leaving the military, he retired as an Iron worker in Miami. Like a clock, Tom could be seen sitting in his doorway with his walker, greeting all passersby and making lifelong friends.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019, at 2:30 PM, at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave., Biloxi, MS.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
