Virginia Louise Risinger Pennington was born September 9. 1928 at the family home place in Tenaha, Texas. Louise was born to Harvey Fred and Pauline Pollard Risinger. She was raised in the Christian faith and graduated from Tenaha High School. She married Richard Earl Pennington in 1947. In her early years she worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone Company, She was a loving homemaker, mother, and grandmother. Louise loved to sew, cook, and spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband of 66 years, Richard Pennington.
