Steven Randall "Randy" Johnston was born on July 26, 1958 in Homer, Louisiana and went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 22, 2019.
Randy is survived by his wife Marie Johnston, sons Kenneth Lookingbill and wife, Rikki, Chris Johnston and wife, Wendy, Gene Johnston and wife, Kimberly; and daughter, Michelle Lookingbill. He will be sorely missed by his grandchildren Jason Hays, Colby Therrien, Justin Johnston, Teague Olguin, Tommy Lookingbill, Hunter Johnston, Conner Lookingbill, Tristan Johnston, Steven Johnston, Sophia Lookingbill, and Olivia Johnston. He also leaves behind his sisters, Sondra VanPelt and husband, Jay, Sue Kilpatrick and husband, Hershel, Karen McGowen and husband, Mike; as well as countless nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents H. H. "Boots" and Delphine Johnston, and brother, Ronnnie Johnston.
Randy was a lover of life and lived it to the fullest in everything he did. He lived, loved, and laughed to a degree that we can only hope to achieve.
Although he has left an empty space in our hearts and lives, we take comfort in knowing that he is resting in the presence of Jesus and reuniting with long lost family and friends in his new Heavenly home.
Services will be held Saturday May 25, 2019 at 10 am at Brazospointe Fellowship Church located at 679 TX Hwy 332, Lake Jackson, Texas 77566.
A second service will be held Monday, May 27, 2019 at 1 pm at White Hall Methodist Church, 1862 Hwy 521, Haynesville, LA 71038
