Charles Odell Douglas, 58, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Hillcrest in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Charles or Charlie as he was known to some was born on September 16, 1960 to Harold "Sam" Douglas and Norma Jean (Berry) Douglas. He was raised in Lenapah, Oklahoma and graduated from Lenapah High School.

On August 19, 1990 he was united in marriage to Patricia "Trish" Donley in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The couple had two daughters.

His passion was sales; which was his career for 30 years. In his younger years he used to bowl and play golf. He was good at home renovations and liked to go to auctions and flea markets. He enjoyed spending time with his family and being part of his grandchildren's lives. He will be missed greatly by those he left behind.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia "Trish" Donley-Douglas of Havana, Kansas; daughters, Kaci Howell and husband, David of Blue Springs, Missouri, Ryan Haley and husband, John of Caney, Kansas; grandchildren, Benton, Adalyn and Emersyn Haley and one little Howell on the way.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Liberty United Methodist Church in Liberty, Kansas with Pastor Bill Booe officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial to a fund being set up for his grandchildren. Checks can be made payable to his wife, Patricia Donley; contributions can be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N Cline Coffeyville, Kansas 67337.
