Mr. Kevin Dwayne Seaton, resident of Augusta, Arkansas, departed this life on Monday, May 20, 2019, at Unity Health White County Medical Center in Searcy at the age of 51. Mr. Seaton was born at home in the McClelland community on Tuesday, December 26, 1967, the son of Mr. Gerald Seaton and Mrs. Darlene (Jones) Sharits.
Kevin attended the McCrory Church of the Nazarene and worked as a farmer. He enjoyed fishing, working in his garden, and dancing and singing like Elvis Presley. Mr. Seaton loved children.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother, Darlene Sharits of McCrory; stepfather, Joel Sharits of McCrory; his girlfriend, Charlotte Duncan; three brothers, Raymond Seaton of Augusta, Windell Seaton and wife, Kitty, of McCrory, and Kyle Seaton of McCrory; a sister, Teresa Jones of Savannah, Tennessee; four bonus grandchildren; several nephews and nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2019, in the Thompson-Wilson Funeral Home chapel in McCrory with Brother Bobby King officiating. Interment will follow in Woodman Cemetery.
Friends may visit at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. to service time.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Dennis Jones, Chad Ludlow, John Mitchell, Daniel Seaton, Joe Seaton, and Kyle Seaton. Honorary pallbearers are Brian Coles, Jeremy Nance, and Raymond Seaton.
