Ernest "Bubby" E. Knight, Jr.
61, of Massillon, passed away on Dec. 7, 2017. Bubby was born on Jan. 5, 1956 to the late Ernest E. and Betty (Graybill) Knight, SR. He married Joy Talkington on April 12, 1987. They shared 30 loving years together. Bubby was a graduate of Tuslaw High School. He was currently employed with Brewster Cheese as a truck driver but previously worked at JMW where he had 15 years of service and prior to that he worked for Republic Steel where he had over 28 years of service. Bubby was a Christian man and loved reading his Bible. He was also a jack of all trades and was quite the builder. In his spare time he enjoyed watching movies and spending time at the lake where his cabin was. Bubby's greatest passion in life was being a devoted husband to his "darling wife" and loving father and grandfather.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Joy; children, Kylene Knight, Jacob (Julie) Knight and Nichole (Justin) Knight; grandchildren, Annalyss, Andrew and Ashton Knight; siblings, Betty Holbrook and Thomas (Marie) Knight.
The family will be holding a wake at Erie Street Pub, 2700 Erie St S, Massillon, OH 44646, on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017 from 2-5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paquelet Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Rd. NE, 44646, to help the family with expenses.
