Phyllis was a member of the Houston United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading and gardening. Phyllis worked as a Registered Nurse at Milford Memorial Hospital for 38 years. After retirement, she stayed active with her colleagues and high school friends, often having lunch together.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, William D. Minner; and a brother, Donald Armour.
Interment at Henlopen Memorial Park in Milton.
