Brandi Irene Thompson, 17, of Roan Mountain, TN, passed away on Sunday 11, 2018, in a car accident on Highway 19E in Hampton, TN. Brandi was born on February 14, 2001 in Johnson City, TN to Mike (Turtle) Thompson and Linda Potter both of Roan Mountain, TN. Brandi was preceded in death by one brother, Mikie Stuart Thompson, Grandparents Earl and Irene Tompson and Jess and Frances Potter, three Uncles: William, Sandy and Stuart Thompson. Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her parents, her soulmate Hunter Poteat and two sisters and one brother: Wendy Thompson Flesher & husband Henry, Cassidy Potter and Jesse Potter & girlfriend Haley Robinson. Brandi was full of life she enjoyed spending time with her soulmate and friends. She always had a beautiful smile on her face. Brandi attended Cloudland High School. The family would like to give a special thanks to Opie Chambers, he is an educator and friend, Brandi enjoyed his class.
