Ralph Donald Baugher, age 72, of Guthrie Center, IA, passed away on May 14, 2019, after a short battle with cancer.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Twigg Funeral Home, 506 Prairie st Guthrie Center, IA 50115. Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 for the family.

Ralph was born to Loney and Gladys (Cox) Baugher on March 17, 1947, in Ottumwa, IA. He was one of eight children. He married June Elizabeth Hupp in June 1985. She passed away in April 2006. Ralph served in the United States Army and was a member of the Guthrie Center American Legion Post #124.

He worked as a truck driver and he also did work in demolition. He was a Jack of all trades and a master of none. He was the type of man who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, he was always there to lend a hand, but most of all Ralph always put others needs above his own.

Ralph has survived by his two brothers, three children, and a step-daughter; fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Also some step kids and step-grandchildren.

Ralph will be greatly missed by all those who knew him and loved him.
