Jake A. “Bud” Reed Jr., 71, of Greeneville, passed away Monday at his home after a three-year battle with cancer.
He is survivied by his wife: Savannah; a daughter: Amanda; two sisters: Shirley Thomas, and Blanche and Richard Southerland; two nieces: Debra Tweed and Christy Mysinger; several in-laws, nieces and nephews; and a host of longtime friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Jake A. and Dorothy F. Reed; three nephews: Roger Lee and Allen Dale Cutshaw, and Richie Lynn Southerland.
Per his request there will be no memorial service.
