Barbie Leonard
May 29th, 1969 - May 15th, 2019

Barbara “Barbie” Katherine Leonard, 49, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Heartland Regional Medical Center.

Barbie was born on May 29, 1969, the cherished daughter of Ruth and Dennis Hulsey. She was the beloved mother of Mark, Ashley and Joshua; adored grandmother of Audraina, who preceded her in death, Gavin and Nevaeh, Travis, Aubrey and Jessie.
Barbie was the dear sister of Angela Hubbs, who preceded her in death, Michael, Deborah, Christopher, Jessica, Patrick and Amy and the admired aunt of several nieces and nephews.

Barbie was a hard worker, great cook, had a funny personality and loved to spoil her grandbabies. She was always willing to be there for her loved ones.

We will always remember her infectious smiles, warm brown eyes and caring personality. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed. When you think of Barbie, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 12 pm at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Chris Iannotti officiating. Burial will follow at Davis Prairie Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 10 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
