Diane Mary (Oldham) Perkins
1961 - 2013
Diane Mary (Oldham) Perkins went to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 5th after battling muscular dystrophy for nearly three decades. Diane passed away at home surrounded by her family and friends. Born in Rexburg, Idaho, Diane's family moved to Meridian in 1973 where she attended Greenleaf Friends academy, ultimately graduating from Meridian High School in 1980. Diane married H. Brent Perkins of Twin Falls in 1984 and lived in the Treasure Valley until her death. Diane was known for her undying faith, incredible strength, and positive attitude even after many years of debilitating pain. Diane's intense devotion and unequaled love of her family and friends will be missed. Diane is survived by her husband Brent, sons Scott and Todd, parents Joan Oldham and L.B. Oldham, as well as her sisters Susie Brittell, Barbara Hirschi, and Donna Nelson, and Grand-daughter Jaina Cushman. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Assn. A memorial service will be held on Sunday 3/10/13 at Eagle Nazarene Church. Look to Diane's Facebook page for more info.
