Ilene LaVerne Richardson, age 87, retired cafeteria worker for the Bourbon County school system and widow of Leslie Richardson, died Friday, July 9, 2010. She was born June 27, 1923, in Matheson, Colorado, the daughter of the late John W. and Lily Ashcraft Martin.
She is survived by: three sons, John L. (Marilyn) Richardson, of Yuma, Arizona, James L. Richardson, of Greeley, Colorado, and Robert C. (Judith) Richardson, of Bourbon County; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
