Melissa was born on January 19, 1981 in Hopkins, KY to her parents Donnie Allison and Marcia Chamblin. She was a previous resident of North Carolina and Manassas, VA. Melissa graduated from Osbourn Park High School in 1998.
Melissa had an abundance of energy and was known for her silliness. She loved her family deeply. There was never a dog that went by that she did not pet.
She is survived by her mother, Marcia Chamblin and stepfather, John Chamblin of Manassas, VA; three children, Toni Christina Chance, Isaah Allison and Messiah Allison, all in North Carolina; sister Jennifer Allison and her fiancé Carlos of Culpeper, VA; brother, Alex Chamblin of Manassas, VA; stepbrothers, Donnie and Daniel Allison, both from Kentucky. Melissa was loved by many aunts, uncles, step aunts and step uncles.
Melissa was predeceased by her father Donnie E. Allison; grandparents, Thomas and Margaret Houck.
