Linda K. (Vickers) Emerson passed away May 17, 2019 at the age of 73, surrounded by people who loved her and prayed for by people who couldn’t be there.

She joins the love of her life, James R. Emerson Jr., her son, James Emerson III, her parents, George and Bassie Vickers, and her siblings, Franklin Vickers, Rose Babcok, Georgia Corkin, and her grandchildren Jessica Leistikow & Zachary McCune in Eternity.

Left to cherish her memory and legacy are her children; Rosemary Leistikow, Debbie Chambers, Harold McCune, Bart (Michelle) Emerson, Bret (Elizabeth) Emerson, her brother Ronnie Vickers, brother-in-law, Donnie Corkin, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Linda will be remembered as a good wife & mother, a loving nana or granny as her youngest grandchildren insisted on calling her, a loving great-grandmother and a good friend. She was much loved and her presence will be missed by all who knew her.
