Funeral services for Mr. Phillip "Phil" Henderson, of Lithonia, will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at East Lake United Methodist Church, 2500 Hosea L. Williams Dr. NE, Atlanta, Rev. J. Gordon, Pastor, Minister Michael Harden, Sr., Officiating.
Interment, Hillandale Memorial Gardens, Lithonia.
Mournfully recognizing his death but joyfully reflecting his life are his wife Yolanda Henderson; two daughters: Shekyra Henderson, Lawrenceville, GA and Philesia Henderson, Lithonia, GA; from his first marriage three daughters: My’Easha Henderson-Williams, Stockbridge, GA; Treyez Henderson, College Park, GA; Keondra Henderson, Atlanta, GA; four sisters: Grace Reese, Atlanta, GA; Helen Jones, Decatur, GA; Dorothy Scofield, Atlanta, GA, and Paulethia Hall, Decatur, GA. Also, preceding him in death a loving brother, Ceasar Samuel Henderson (deceased). Eleven grandchildren: Jabriel, Taiszaya, Taiyona, Tayara, Tayveon, Daevon, Chamauri, Dimeitri, Kierra, Dominic and Ayana; two brother-in laws: Raymond Mabry, Concord, NC and Marcus Mabry, Hartford, CT. He is also survived by one aunt: Frances Haynes and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and all of whom he loved very much.
