Connie Hubbard, age 67, of Boaz, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital.
Her funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Etowah Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery. Rev. David Sauls will officiate the service. Casket bearers will be family and friends. Visitation will be from 12 until 2 before the service.
She is survived by her children, Melissa Walker (Tim), Amanda Parker (Daniel) and Daniel Hubbard (Tiffany), granddaughters, Emily and Keely Walker , Savannah and Adrianna Parker, brothers, Danny Cooper (Janet), Donald Cooper (Ann) and Ronald Cooper, sister, Cynthia Helms, brother-in-law, Randall Hubbard and sister-in-law, Vanessa Evans, a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by husband, Danny Hubbard, parents, Melvin and Rosella Cooper, sister, Christine Hubbard and brother-in-law, Thomas Helms.
