Lois was born January 6, 1926 in Irving, IL, the daughter of Francis and Jessie Norvell Snow. She married Herbert D. McReynolds in Hillsboro, IL on February 11, 1944.
She is survived by two sons, Warren (Helen) McReynolds of Peoria, and Michael (Wendy) McReynolds of Myrtle Beach, SC; three daughters, Peggy McReynolds of Aurora, CO, Kathy Gray of Metamora, and Laura (Patrick) Jones of Westervelt, IL; ten grandchildren, and four step-grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Land of East Peoria, and Velma Kilday of Connecticut; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat Blackie.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-five years, an infant daughter, two brothers, and three sisters.
She was an avid bowler. She was a past President of the Mother's Club and PTA when her children were small at Norwood Grade School. Lois loved to compete with her grandson at video games.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Burial of ashes will take place at a later date.
Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Salvation Army, TAPS or Veterans of Illinois.
