Jerry was born in Gosnell to Homer and Mabel Ford Bratton. He was retired from Randall Company and attended Lone Oak Baptist Church. He loved being outside, tending to his garden and singing gospel music.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, James Bratton.
Jerry leaves two children, David Bratton of Gosnell and Donna Joy Eiler of Half Moon; one brother, Leon Bratton of Half Moon; four grandchildren, Brian Eiler, Ryan Eiler, Kevin Bratton and Austen Carr; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 20th at 1:00 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home.
