Wanda was born November 19, 1919, the daughter of Elza M. and Ruby (Macintosh) Barrett in Tilton, Ill.
Wanda was previously married to Everett Berry.
Survivors include one sister, Peggy Baldwin of Arizona; six grandchildren, Sue Potter, Johanna Berry, Michael Alcorn, Bradly (Regina) Linton, James (Rosebud) Berry and Jeff Berry; nine great-grandchildren, Jake, Jenny, Tyler, Cory, Haley, Brandon, Brittany, Logan and Devynne.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Don Berry and Jim Berry; one daughter, Patti Berry; one brother, Jack Barrett; and six sisters, Arwilda Mikel, Lois Amos, Rosemary Hall, Juanita Nixon and Betty Bennett, all from Central Park (Tilton, Ill.).
Wanda was retired from G.E. in Danville, and enjoyed spending her free time baking, crocheting, square dancing and Bible study with her friend Ruth.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, 3940 N. Vermilion St., Danville, IL 61834, with Pastor Paul Rebert officiating. Entombment will be in Swan Court Chapel Mausoleum at Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at the funeral home.
