Hutchinson, Ellen L. (Gibson) 26 Jun 1942 - 10 Feb 2019 AdamsFH
[Note: married 8 Nov 1961 Walter Lynn Hutchinson 25 May 1938 - 29 Mar 2017]
On June 26, 1942 Ellen L. Gibson was born. She would share much joy, happiness and love. Her childhood was hard as many were in those days, however with seven sisters and two brothers there was plenty of love. But one day she met the man of her dreams, Walter Lynn Hutchinson, who became her husband and soulmate. They were married on November 8, 1961. Together they had four children. Ellen loved her children like no other mother could with her whole heart and soul. She is very proud of all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ellen was retired from Cox Medical Center South. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. Ellen L. Hutchinson passed away peacefully in her home. Survivors include: children, Jeffrey Hutchinson and wife Vanessa, Jaima Grover and husband Bill, and Micah Hutchinson; grandchildren, John and wife Adrienne, Amberrose and husband Brandon, Charles, Melanie and husband Austin, Olivia, Sophia, Amy, Nathan, Ashley, Mikyla, Austin, Dallas, and Levi; great grandchildren, Izzy, Harvey, Loralei, Elliott, Averie, Caden, Emma and (soon to be born,) Adalyn; two sisters, Wanda McCall and Millie Phillips. In her time here on earth she lost her husband Walter, a daughter, Edna Sue; a granddaughter, Veronica; five sisters, Dorothy, Pearl, Hazel, Betty and Anna; and two brothers, Gene and Ray -- a pain so deep that most could not bear, but somehow she found the strength to go on. February 10, 2019 the Lord called her home. Now we have to find the strength to go on. She wouldn’t have it any other way. We love you Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2019 at Shipman Cemetery, Sparta. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2019 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
