Willie retired from the Illinois Central Railroad ,McComb.
Graveside service for Mr. Carr will be held Wednesday morning 11am at the Spring Beulah Baptist Church cemetery in Ruth, MS. Rev. Willie Jenkins will render the eulogy. Interment will follow.
