Miss Nelda "Nell" Smith, Age 94, passed away on Monday May 13, 2019 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky., Nelda was Born on May 3, 1925 in the Mud Lick, Mount Herman area of Monroe County, to the late Lonnie and Hazel (Daniel) Smith.
Nelda was a Homemaker and attended the Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
Survivors; A Brother, Truman Smith, a Sister, Matilda Smith Birge. Several Nieces and Nephews, as well as several Great and Great-Great Nieces and Nephews.
