A gathering in memory of Mark Steven Greer, 40, who died following a lengthy illness on Sunday, May 12, 2019, at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, LA, will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in Carlisle at the home of Steven’s father, Mark Greer.
Steven was born in Vicksburg, MS on June 10, 1978, to Mark Greer and Cindi C. Greer Staer. He was employed for many years as a truck driver. He enjoyed food, family and friends.
Survivors include one daughter, Emily Greer of Port Gibson, MS and one son, Wyatt Greer of Decatur, MS, his father and step-mother, Mark and Kathleen Greer of Carlisle, MS and his mother, Cindi C. Greer Staer of Port Gibson, MS, one brother, Christopher Thad Greer of Bovina, MS, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be sent to St. Jude or the Bill Greer Cemetery Fund.
