In addition to her parents she is survived by her companion, Mike Henry,
her children; Nick (Sarah) of Union City, TN, Lindsay Frazier (Garrett) Adams
of South Fulton, TN, her step-children; Michelle (Drew) Allen of Thomas Station, TN
and Brandon (Angel) Henry of La Center, KY, her grandchildren, who call her
JoJo; Katy Frazier and Bennett Frazier of Union City, TN, Gavin Adams and Gaige
Adams of South Fulton, TN, her step-grandchildren; Brileigh Allen and Crosby Allen
of Thomas Station, TN, Caleb Henry, Peyton Henry and Logan Henry of La Center, KY.
