Obituary:
Timothy Lee Lowe, Jr., age 34, died peacefully on October 13, 2016, at his home in Bowie, MD. Born on December 20, 1981, Timmy was a graduate of Model Secondary School for the Deaf in Washington, DC and Northcentral Technical College in Wausau WI where he earned a degree in Residential Building Systems. Timmy grew up traveling all over the United States, visiting 46 States, Canada, Mexico, and Germany. He loved his family, the deaf community and the puppies in his life. He was an avid disc golf enthusiast and a fanatic of all Washington sports teams. Timmy is survived by his father, Timothy L. Lowe, Sr. and his mother, Donna M. Lowe both of Bowie, MD. He is also survived by his brother, Justin R. Lowe, who is currently residing in the Northern Mariana Islands, Saipan; his grandmother, Jan Roy of Henderson, NV and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends are invited to celebrate Timmy's life on Saturday, October 22 from 12:00pm until his memorial service begins at 1:30pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. In lieu of flowers, because of Timmy’s love for the deaf community and dogs, his family requests donations be made to Dogs for the Deaf, 10175 Wheeler Road, Central Point, OR 97502 or at www.dogsforthedeaf.org.
