On June 6, 1820 Zimri Hills, Jr. of Franklin Township, Franklin County, Ohio, giifted land to Rebecca Byington (mother-in-law) for "love and affection" and also "for better her support", in Plain Township, part of lot #39, containing 5 acres. Witnessed by Thomas B. Patterson, J. P. and Loren Hills. Recorded on 18 September 1820.
