MRS Katherine BLOEMER Dies
Mrs Katherine Bloemer, nee Thoele, widow of Joseph Bloemer, passed away at her home in the northwest section of Effingham early Thursday morning, July 9, 1936.
Mrs Bloemer, who had spent practically her entire life in Effingham was 82 years, 3 months and 21 days old at the time of her demise. She is survived, by eight children, namely: Mrs. J. H. Althoff, Mrs. Mary Koester, Mrs. Katherine Dust, Joseph, Clem, Ben, Frank and Henry Bloemer. Mr, Bloemer died 24 years ago.
Funeral services were held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning in St Anthony Church at Effingham with burial following in the parish Cemetery
