Deborah is survived by her son, Kenneth J. (Alisha) Mack of Granger, IN; daughter, Jennifer A. (Sam) Ochstein of South Bend, IN; four grandchildren, Taylor, Ellie, Isaiah and Logan Mack; sister, Diane "Frankie" (Daniel) Pitmon of Indianapolis, IN; and brother, Master Sergeant Don (Dr. Marta Spaeth) Busse, Air Force Ret. of Bakersfield, CA. She was preceded in death by her 4 legged companion, "Manny".
Deborah lived the last twenty years in South Bend, coming from Plymouth, IN. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Lakeville Veterinary Clinic. She enjoyed arts and crafts, crochet, writing and poetry and was an avid Notre Dame fan. Her children and grandchildren were the love of her life.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend, IN. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services. A private committal will take place at Southlawn Cemetery.
