Jonathan Hamilton, 36 of Etowah, TN passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.

Preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Mary Pearl and George Hamilton, Sr.; grandparents, George and Etta Lee Hamilton, Jr. and Burkett Swafford.

Survivors include his parents, George and Ellen Hamilton, III of Etowah, TN; brother, George Hamilton IV of Etowah, TN; sister, Amanda Nevins and husband Matthew of Etowah, TN; grandmother, Betty Jo Swafford of Etowah, TN; nieces and nephews, Ciarra, Brianna, Aaron Hamilton, Emma, Timothy, Ava, and Ayden Nevins; special aunt and uncle, Danny and Robin Pritchett of Riceville, TN; other aunts, uncles, extended family and a host of friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Monday, May 13, 2019 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Minister Bill Corn, Minister Bob Cantley and Jason Casteel officiating. Family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday prior to the service. Interment will follow the service to Gateway Cemetery.

Matthew Nevins, Jason Casteel, Travis Moses, Aaron Hamilton, Tony Dietz, Josh Brown, Ayden Nevins and Timothy Nevins will serve as pallbearers.
