Jimmy Don Walker passed away on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 in Odessa, Texas at the age of 60.

He was born on April 23,1959 to his loving parents Mary Marjorie Walker and Waylon Guy Walker.

He was raised in Denver City, Texas.

He moved to Odessa, TX. in 1977.

He managed the family restaurant BG's Catfish for 13 yrs. where he then met his wife.

He married Cheryl Elizabeth Goolsby Sept. 16th, 1994 in Odessa, TX.

He became a truck driver and last worked for Sentinel Transportation.

He loved historical sites, maps, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, grilling and his dog Sally. Most of all he loved his family and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers Waylon Chris Walker, David Allen Walker and Jeffrey Bruce Walker.

Jim is survived by his wife Cheryl Walker; brother Johnny Walker, his son Taylor Walker; three daughters Tammy Walker, Ashlie Hampton and Meaghin Villalobos; five grandchildren Ashton Haynes, Breanna Walker, Baker Walker, Dillan Hampton, Samantha Hampton and his special friend Pete Burgess.

Jim will be missed by all.

Graveside memorial services will be 2:00 pm at Loop Cemetery in Loop, TX on Saturday, May 11, 2019.

Services are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.
