She was born February 25, 1950, in Amsterdam to the late June A. Lair.
Donna attended Gloversville Schools.
She retired from Northville Central School.
Donna had a love for many things especially her grandchildren. She was very hardworking and always needed to stay busy.
She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Richard (Dick) M. Whitman, daughters Wendy A. Whitman-Olson (William) and Bobbi-Jo Whitman. Grandchildren Lily L. Whitman and Camdyn M. Perkins. Sisters Roxanne Lair and Caroline Wotachek (George). Brothers Wayne Lair Sr.(Debbie), Richard Lair (Ellen), Jack Lair, Robert Lair (Terrie), Donald Lair (Missy). Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Donna was predeceased by her step father Francis Lair Sr., sister Annie Lair and brother Francis (Junior) Lair Jr.
Per Donna’s wishes there will be no calling hours or service. Cremation will take place.
