She was a retired Housekeeping Supervisor for Sequoyah Manor and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are: 2 sons: Ricky Wayne Chambers and wife, Kathy, of Sperry, OK and Steven Wade Chambers and wife, Tana, of Fort Smith, AR; 1 daughter: Misty Evans and husband, Daniel, of Sallisaw, OK; 4 granddaughters; 1 grandson; 12 great grand children; 2 sisters: Phyllis Branham of Sallisaw, OK and Sybil Gardenhire of Wagoner, OK; 2 brothers: Adam Petree and Roger Petree both of Sallisaw, OK;
She was preceded in death by her parents: Burley and Hazel Petree, 2 brothers: Don Petree and Carl Petree; and 2 sisters: Karen Dority and Diane Moundy.
Services will be at 1:00 PM on May 10, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Brushy Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
