Maria E. Hinojosa, 74, left to be with the LORD on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at her residence in La Joya, Texas. Mrs. Hinojosa was born on January 16, 1945 in Mexico to Gertrudes Salinas and Pablo Flores.
Mrs. Hinojosa is survived by her loving husband Donato Hinojosa and her children, Leticia Fabela, Mario A. Hinojosa, Adalia Rodriguez, Paula Flores, Daniel Flores and Elvira Rodriguez. She will be greatly missed by her 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Family will be receiving friends today Monday, May 6, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. and a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas.
Chapel Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the Lord and I Memorial Chapel in Peñitas, Texas. Interment will follow to Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission, Texas.
Funeral services are under the direction of the Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas.
