Barb was born in Rochester, MN on March 19, 1929 to Paul B. Finley and Dorothea (Jensen) Finley.
She married Clifford Hewitt and they were later divorced.
She then married Robert Dunderi.
She lived most of her life in the Rochester and Pine Island area. In 2018 she moved to Pine Island Care Center until her death.
Barb worked many jobs, retiring from MN Viking Vending Co. at IBM.
Survivors include two sisters, Dorothea Hall and Judy Marten; two brothers, Richard (Jane) Finley, and Paul (Sharon) Finley; six children, Barbara Dietz, Terry (Richard) Quandt, Cliff Hewitt, Michael (Jackie) Hewitt, Becky (Chris) Stucky, and Kathy (Randy) Markee; grandchildren, Thomas Dietz, Michael Quandt, Travis (Brooke) Hewitt, Matthew Hewitt, Adam (Terry) Hewitt, Tracy (Ben) Mashak, Laura (Joe) McCurdy, David (Meghan) Hewitt, Ryan Driscoll, Christopher Driscoll, Daniel Driscoll, Sarah (Jeremy) Johnson, Greg (Malee) Stucky, Christopher Stucky, Tyler Markee, Austin Markee, and Christian (Michaela) Markee; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She is proceeded in death by her spouse, Robert Dunderi; ex-husband, Clifford Hewitt; parents, Paul and Dorothea Finley; brother, Ronald Finley; sisters, Arlene Stueve and Diana Schletty; son, Rick Hewitt; grandson, Chad Quandt; and granddaughter, Jessica Hewitt.
Barb loved gardening, cooking, quilting, traveling, and in recent years reading, the casinos and puzzles.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2019 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Ashpole officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens in Rochester.
