Married George F. Lombard on Sept 6, 1940 in Los Angeles. They had a son born a week before George was recalled to active duty in World War II. They had 3 more children after the war.
Betty worked for Lockheed Aircraft Company from 1952-1987.
She cared for her husband between hospital stays for the last 15 years of his life.
She resided in Laguna Woods since 1989.
She is survived by her 4 children, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
