Survivors: Mother, Nancy Lucille McNeeley; Twin Brother, James A. Welch and Brothers, Michael R. Welch, and William B. Welch and wife, Dee; Niece, Amber Welch. Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services Wednesday 7:00 P.M. at Fordtown Baptist Church with Rev. Matt Sandefur and Rev. Tim Dupuy officiating.
Family and friends will meet Thursday 11 A.M. at Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services and interment.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 P.M. Wednesday before Funeral Services at Fordtown Baptist Church.
