Monroe, Utah - Judy Ann Russell, age 64, passed away April 29, 2019 at her home in Monroe. She was born October 15, 1954 in Provo, Utah, a daughter of Frank and Rhoda Elizabeth Thompson Russell.

She graduated from Springville High School, Class of 1972. She married Craig Ronald Schouten and they had two children.

Judy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She loved her dogs and she loved to draw, read books and do any type of arts and crafts. She will be greatly missed.

Judy is survived by her soul mate, Craig Schouten of Monroe; her children: Craig Schouten Jr. "C.J" of Monroe; Timothy Frank and Amy Schouten of Provo; grandchildren: Shyann Blanchette of Kailua, Hawaii; Amanda Schouten, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Schouten and Conner Schouten, all of Provo; her in-laws: Ron and Doreen Schouten of Sandy, Morgan and Amy Schouten of Florida, Ronda and Kent Staheli of Sandy, Christie and Kevin Boyack of New Mexico, Mike and Julie Schouten of Centerville, Dianne and Jesse Curtis of Mapleton.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Rhoda; her siblings: Glenda Ferguson and Jerry Thompson; and a good friend, Brandy Anderson.

At her request, her remains have been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
