Billy John Steele, 83, of Cabot, passed away May 5, 2019 at his home. He was born October 21, 1935 in Willis, Arkansas to the late James and Louise Morgan Steele. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Steele and son, Billy D. Steele.
Billy is survived by his wife, Ruby; daughters, Diana Morris (Thomas Owens), Debra Miller, Marsha Steele and Lisa Smith; grandchildren, John Miller, LaDonna DeLee and Jackie Gallardo; four great-grandchildren and brother, Marvin Steele.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Victory Baptist Church in Cabot with Pastor Ben Leonard officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
