Born November 11, 1964 in Ohio she was daughter of the late Jeff Cruz Manning (Deceased) and Margaret Manning (Deceased). In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Tammy Manning (Deceased).
Debbie is survived by her husband, Jesse Graham of Princeton; children, Nikkita Graham-Propst of NC, Brandi Graham and Dakota Graham both of Princeton; sister, Tina Manning-Bushinsky and brother Gene Manning; and six grandchildren.
