Billy is survived by two sons, Dwayne Hopper and Jason (LeAnn) Hopper, a son-in-law, Mark Darrough, six grandchildren, two great grandsons, and brothers, Bob (Shirley) Hopper of Elwood and Charles (Paula) Hopper, Jr..
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his daughter, Carla Darrough, and sisters, Sandra (Don) Lahrman and Ruth (Lee) Morgan.
Visitation is planned on Friday, May 10, 2019, at Myers Mortuary, in Lebanon, Indiana. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019. Interment with military rites will follow services at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
