Paul J. Gilbert, 83, of Bradford passed away January 13, at Sutton Hill Center in North Andover.
He was born in Haverhill on March 30, 1934, son of the late Emile and Dorothy (Fecteau) Gilbert.
Paul attended the Haverhill schools and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was employed at Brentwood Furniture for 27 years and later at Covanta Energy in Ward Hill for over 20 years. Paul enjoyed fishing.
He was the husband of the late Betty (Miller) Gilbert and father of the late Janet Carlino and Diane Quartrale.
At his request, a private memorial service will be held at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home. Inurnment in the Linwood Mausoleum will also be private and at the convenience of the family. Contributions in his memory may be made to the donor’s choice.
