Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bessie Acord [sic Achord] of Georgetown; two step-sons, Arlone Lasyone of Urania and Elmer Lasyone of Georgetown; four step-daughters, Mrs. Lessie Arnold of Tullos, Mrs. Tressie Nugent of Pollock, Mrs. Johnnie Belle Larry of Winnfield and Mrs. Melba Dubroc of Pineville; a sister, Mrs. Edna Fisher of Clarks.
Remains are at the residence of Elmer Lasyone of Georgetown. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m. today from the Liberty Chapel. Interment, under the direction of Hixson Bros. Funeral Home, is to follow in the Liberty Chapel cemetery.
