Boardman - Randall W. Sharp Sr. 76, of Boardman Township, died Friday morning May 3, 2019 at his home. He was born July 10, 1942 in Mingo, West Virginia, a son of Woodford and Della Doyle Sharp.

Mr. Sharp was a United States Army veteran. He worked as a Material Handler in the Cleveland area for many years he then moved to Indiana and had retired from the city of Battleground. He attended Poland Village Baptist Church in Poland, Ohio. He was an avid hunter, gardener and handyman. He enjoyed NASCAR, watching the Cleveland Indians, Bonanza episodes and Walker Texas Ranger.

He leaves a son, Randall W. (Mary) Sharp Jr.of Vienna, West Virginia; two daughters, June (Tom) Fryman-Sandy of Boardman Township and Loretta Golden of Sharon, Pa.; three grandsons, Michael Sharp, David Cain III, Brennon Cain; five granddaughters, Samantha Fryman, Alexandra Hugaboom, Tiffany Townsend, Britnie Sharp and Nicole Clark; seven great-grandchildren, Makenzie, Bailey, Edan, Jace, Maddox, Brennon II and Cayleigh ; two sisters, Wanda Arbogast of Cambridge, Ohio and Della (Fred) Nader of Medina, Ohio; two brothers, Gary Sharp of North Ridgeville, Ohio and Deward Sharp of Mingo, West Virginia and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Cheryla Kee Sharp and Darlene Sharp and three brothers, David Sharp, Ronald Sharp and Maynard Pingley.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday May 25, 2019 at Poland Village Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Ethridge officiating. Interment will take place at a later date at Mingo Cemetery in West Virginia.

Randall will be greatly missed by those who loved him, but will forever remain in their hearts.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests material contributions take the form of the Veteran's Association, the Poland Village Baptist Church memorial fund, or to Hospice of the Valley.
