Lacy Wilson, 61, died Sunday in Grand Strand General Hospital after a short illness. Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in St. John's Methodist Church in Bishopville.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Bishopville and was a member of St. John's Methodist Church. She moved to Myrtle Beach 50 years ago and was employed by the F. L. Miles family of Pine Lakes Country Club.
Surviving are a brother Solmon Mixon of Myrtle Beach; a nephew, Phillip Mixon of Myrtle Beach; an adopted son, Solomon Mixon Jr. of Myrtle Beach; and a niece, Mary Richardson of Bishopville.
Friends may view the body 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Nelson Funeral Home.
